i've never tried the first 2, but i don't care for the punishment thingy...obviously.
the reward thingy do has a point thou. :geek:

the 3th is auto-suggestion and depends on your succeptability (or w/e) for such.
although actually writing it down would increase its effectiveness. :o

the 4th works actually pretty well for most people.
or so i have heard, i myself don't do RC's.

the names suck btw.. :!:

i find it very hard to incorperate new habits.
as for RC's to be most effective, its has to become a habit of doing.

another option would be to trigger RC's, but in all honesty, i've set RC's aside for the time being.
maybe in the future i'll pick them up, but now is not the time..

No i have not. 8-)

I LD naturally plus i've succeeded a couple of Wilds, and those are the gun's i'm sticking with.
Nothing fancy but it has not been long since i actively began reading and learning about it.

In the meantime i have smoked calea Z 3 nights in a row, but that won't work for me.
It did granted some pretty vivid and mostly bizarre non-LD's, which was pretty cool and all ( definently worth its money ), but the time it takes to smoke that doobie is just too long for a WBTB.
Taste of stuff is not as gruesome as some claim btw.
