What was that?

So tonight I decided to try WBTB...
I did everything as follows:
I went to sleep at 23:30 and fell asleep at ~00:00
I set my alarm to 5:00 and woke up...
/I wake up easily so I didn't get out of bed as others suggest/ I sat in my bed and thought about lucid dreaming and what I would do etc...
Then after 11 minutes I went back to sleep.
I couldn't fall asleep, it felt like everlasting... but then I felt like I slept for a bit so I looked in the clock and it is 6:00 :shock:
I can remember some little dreams... I wrote them in my DJ and went to sleep... Then I woke up at 9:00 and with no new dreams in my mind :(

So, my guess is that:
1.I had to go to bed (After waking up) earlier OR set my alarm for 4:30 hours after I fell asleep
2.I had false awaking and I thought I am still trying to fall asleep but actually I could enjoy my LD.. and then it turned into simple dream

What do you think?

hmm
experiment with the numbers.
for example, you said to woke up and stayed up for 11mins, after which you had a hard time falling back to sleep.
reduce the 11mins step by step until you have found a comfortable sweetspot.
