So I read that FILD is a good technique for beginners and I tried this a couple times. The only problem is after I wake up I start tapping my fingers very lightly and i find I am focused to hard on this maybe and end up either waking myself up to much or my mind wanders off and i forget to keep tapping. Any suggestions?

If you can, get an alarm that can turn itself off after a couple of seconds
Also, FILD will work better when you are tired(So you can try exercising during your day)
