How to Transform a Sleep Paralysis into a Lucid Dream?

Postby ZordX » 08 Aug 2016 06:32

Last night I tried the Mild method. I repeated a mantra again and again and fell asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night(maybe) and suddenly noticed the wired sounds in my ear and I was unable to move my body. As I experienced a lot of Sp in my early life and as I read about Sleep Paralysis on google. I was aware that I am in a sp state. I also heard that If I close my eyes during a sleep paralysis, imagine a dream scene and open my eyes then I would enter into a lucid dream through a sleep paralysis. But nothing happened when I did that. Now my question is how to transform a sleep paralysis into a lucid dream? Cause I experience sleep paralysis almost every night.

do you experience SP before you drift into sleep or on waking up ?

the technique is called a Wild.
waking initiated lucid dream.

basicly you have to keep your mind awake while your body goes to sleep.
imagination could seriously aid you with this, but there is more to it.

google it, or browse this forum for a number of threads ;)

the weird sound is probably a auditory hallucination, common in this state.
nothing to be concerned about.

hmm SP upon waking up would seem beneficial to a Deild.
i have no experience with this so i cannot help you further, however there are lots of people around here that would be more then willing to help/inform.
