Eye movement during WILD

Postby henryc » 08 Aug 2016 10:22

Hello,
I've been trying to perform the WILD technique recently as I've tried it before and almost reached a dreaming state. I managed to almost get to the sleep paralysis stage where I could hear whispering voices and tapping noises before I forced myself awake. Anyway, when I've been attempting the same technique recently, I find it hard to keep my eyes in a still position as I have nothing to focus on when my eyes are closed. Does anyone know how I can help keep my eyes still?
Thanks for the help!

yes, do a small simple meditation.
if its not your thingy, try to visualize something, perhaps a gorgeous flower, and study it, examine it.

when trying a Wild, and just lying there waiting till SP hit you, is luring boredom, which rarely does you well.

why did you force yourself awake ?

Best of Luck!
I returned from the abyss, as a married man. :D

I forced myself awake the first time because I started getting scared
This was about 3 years ago though and I'm just now starting to get back into lucid dreaming, doing reality checks, dream journal and what not!
