First WILD experience

Postby Reinards » 08 Aug 2016 10:49

So tonight I tried WILD...
Here is what I did...

I went to sleep at 23.30 and set my alarm to 6.20.
I woke up after a dream at 5.20 or so, i wrote down keywords and went to sleep for an hour...
at 6.20 I wrote down my dream(A little bit faded) and then meditated.
Then I was sleeping on my right side, no moving...
I tried to forget about my body. I was counting from 1-100 on every breath-out
When reaching 100 i was quite sleepy, but counted again...
After 20 my mind was really foggy and I couldn't really count.
Then I focused on one of the thoughts I had and BOOM... the feeling was if I were in a video game and changed a scene. There was also a weird noise.
Then I was suddenly in my bed, vibrating like crazy :D
I started floating around my room and then was in a dream... I think I lost my consciousness
And then after a weird, short Non lucid dream I woke up very excited.

I think it is good for the first time :P

Sounds awesome! I haven't managed to get lucid for months now. Would you recommend counting to 1000 straight after waking from a dream? Have you tried it again since?

Thank you for your reply. I have tried and have had 2 WILDS that way :D
1000 would be too much. You can try counting to 100 and then from 1 again (3 times max)
If this doesn't work, try mantra :D
