Hey, I've tried some of them before but most of them haven't really helped mainly because I always get freaked out my the voices or I often wake up in the middle of the night with a weird voice saying 'you are dreaming'. Are they safe? Yes, probably. I pretty sure they are I can't really think of a reason why they wouldn't be. But do they help? I doubt it to be honest although everyone's different, so even if they don't help me they could help you.
Alive? Or just breathing?
