Music and Lucid Dreams

Postby Bop16 » 07 Oct 2016 18:27

This is just a quick response to Rebecca's section on Groundbreaking Dreams. She mentions Paul McCartney's writing of the melody of Yesterday. She then said that John Lennon and he wrote the lyrics. That's incorrect. Paul wrote the entire song himself. The melody came from the dream and then he wrote the lyrics while on a trip with Jane Asher. I think that should be corrected on her website as it is actually a major part of the creation of that song that it was written entirely without input from the other 3 Beatles.

I also wonder why it was so important to correct that. There was no need to start a whole thread about it.

Anyway, since "Music" and "Lucid Dreams" were in the title of this thread, DJ Hagart will share a song. I wonder what Paul and John would think of this:

Quietman - The Sleeper (Man With No Name Remix)
