Sorry about your grandma! My mother-in-law passed away last Monday and I'm willing to see her in my lucid dreams. I'm glad the audiobook 'method' works for you. That's good and thank you for sharing your experiences with sleep paralysis and lucid dreaming. Don't overdose on those pills and continue to hone your lucid dreaming ability!

No way it was the most scariest experience ever the kind of quiet it was very lonely . I felt alone so i dont like to lucid dreaming.

But you know that lucid dreaming can be more than just scary experiences, right? I've reread your post ... What am I missing? :? :shock:
