The attainment of Yoga, body with the process of asana, mind because of breathing, and Self, with Pranayama become one. Yoga - meditation, are two sides, there is an inseparable relationship of practice between them. For that very reason, before the beginning of the practice of meditation itself, introduction of practice of yoga and its progress is needed. In a state with no experience of yoga, steadiness of meditation will be difficult. So also, Pranayama will be, in accordance with them only. It has a constant relationship in the process of practice of meditation. Usually, in the method – in which meditation related material (body, mind) benefit is wished, and obtained - controlled breathing discharges important responsibility. So, yoga – Pranayama – Meditation, practice of meditation in this sequence is beneficent and it is an appropriate method for good result.

Asana – Pranayama – Dhyana practice, one has to practice yoga so that the blood circulation happens very well. If so, when ascension is caused, through yoga, in a certain way, to the body, it would be mould in a principled manner. When this body is mould, so that it would be perfect, there would be good activity and good metabolism in the systems inside. By maintaining timing properly by taking some precautions, by maintaining those postures correctly, everything in the body tries to follow constant balance. Before reaching the stage of meditation, there is a need for preparing the external and the internal body for it. For that preparation, Yogasanas and Controlled Breathing (Pranayama) are the most important practices. (Guruji's technique of meditation is ASCENT DHYANA; the steps to reach the stage of meditation include yoga, Pranayama, Focus Meditation, Concentration of the Mind, and Contemplation). Meditation comes by its chance. Only the proportional preparation for its process is needed. 'Yoga' is one of the pre-practices for it.
