Sounds good. I'll try it once I've sobered up in the new year.

It worked the first night I tried it. But I was drunk so I looked at my watch and it didn't make sense and I just rolled over and slept through my dream

One day I'll nail being observant and critical of my environment but it's coming slow.

To do SSILD do I need to lay on my back like if I were trying to do a WILD?

I don't think body position is important as you're not trying to forget your body, just bring your senses into focus and then fall asleep however you like.
