Am I Supposed to Feel Tired When Doing WBTB to try WILD?

Postby MysticalMeadows » 31 Dec 2016 22:44

Hello dreamers of the World of Lucid Dreaming Forums! I've been doing the Wake-Back-To-Bed technique with MILD pretty much every night, but last night I tried WBTB to try WILD, but often when I wake up after my alarm that goes off at 4:00 a.m. I feel completely conscious to the point where I could easily get up and start my day. So my question is am I supposed to feel completely mentally awake after WBTB to do a WILD?

All responses are greatly appreciated. :D

If you are in a state where you could go back to sleep if you tried to do so, you should be fine to try to WILD at this point.

Its not about how tired or not tired someone feels.
The only thing to fear is the fear itself
