You can google Stephen Laberge. He has done a lot of research on lucid dreaming.

I second Sean Jacob's suggestion.

I also highly recommend a physical copy of the book 'Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming' by Howard Rheingold and Stephen LaBerge. Lots of good information in there ... and the benefit of a book vs an online source: you can read it before bed without screwing with your body's melatonin production! :D A couple of my lucid dreams were undoubtedly the direct result of reading about lucid dreaming before bed. :)
