new and needing Help to Lucid Dream

Postby JovialTraveler » 27 Jan 2017 05:07

Hello Everyone

I once had a lucid dream as child by accident and I became self-aware in the dream. i would like to lucid again. i have been trying to lucid dream for about 6 weeks and I do not recall lucid dreaming. I have been dream journaling for about 1 year and a half. I have watched some dream videos and i have been counting my hands. I do not wear a watch so looking at watch will not work for me. I have started recently to try think about lucid dreaming before I sleep. Dose anyone have tips for lucid dreaming?

I really want to Lucid dream.

Nice to meet all you

Nice to meet you too!

I have noticed on this forum that people vary in what techniques work. As for me, I came across this posting a few years ago. I was able to lucid dream after reading it carefully.

I have never used a dream journal, but doing so seems to help a lot of people.
