After reading about the effects of melatonin on dreams (vividness) I tried taking half a pill (didn't want to overdo it). I fell asleep pretty fast, but I can hardly remember one dream I had. Should I take an entire pill?

Don't fuck with your brain chemistry with most of these "dream enhancement" supplements. B6 is fine, but melatonin can mess with your sleep cycle, give you headaches, make you really constipated. Nothing works as well as hardwork, dedication and a dream journal.
