Blinking in lucid dreams

Postby Lucije » 16 Jul 2017 11:42

Hi everyone,

few times I blinked in lucid dreams and woke up. One lucid dream I blinked and couldn't open eyes to the end of the dream. Why?

You might not be as asleep as you think, and when you are blinking you are also blinking in real life. When you attain lucidity, try to stay still for a moment and relax but focus on the fact that you are aware. This way, you won't make sudden movements that might wake your body.
Good luck,
Dream on.

Blinking is rare for me in lucid dreams. I have only done it consciously---as far as I recall---in order to instantaneously change my dream environment.
