When i try WILD with WBTB I get very little hypnogogia, no vibrations and generally feel very aware of my body. When I try WILD at night or in the daytime I get loads of imagery, vibrations, scenes and mini dreams pop up. I understand the aim of WILD is to dream, not necessarily experience hypnogiia etc. But which is more important... WBTB or getting encouraging sensations? I know everyone says you have to WBTB but I get no hint that I about to enter a dream when I WBTB,but get loads of encouraging signs at other times. Should I desist with WBTB?
