Are those real?

They don't know anything about lucid dreams or sleep paralysis!
Sleep paralysis is completely natural and definitely not scary!
If anyone "appears" in your hallucination, happily greet them.
If you think they're kind and friendly, they will be!

I'd advise you not to take advice from 9gag, as far as i'm aware they probably aren't the most reliable source for dream information. Bar the last post, which appears to be mostly correct (albeit to one person), the rest are majorly flawed whether it be filled with misconceptions or just vague statements. I've been is SP a few times and only once has it been scary. Bear in mind that I've successfully performed WILD many more times than I've been aware in SP, so often you won't even experience it.
