G'day

Postby Ethelbrad » 18 Feb 2018 03:19

Hi, I've become very interested in lucid dreaming and have been practicing for the last couple of weeks...with no luck, but I will get there eventually. I read the Robert Munroe trilogy about 20 years ago and several times since but that was unfortunately before the internet and before I realised that OOBE"S, lucid dreaming etc could be considered together. Looking forward to reading more on this site and hopefully contributing something interesting.
Sweet dreams ;)

Thanks for the welcome LucidCat. I'm keeping it simple and just doing the MILD technique with as many RC'c during the day...when I remember and a dream journal which has definitely improved dream recall... but alas no lucidity. I will give the WBTB a go on the weekend.
