Im simon from brisbane Australia.
Currently doing alot of reading on the lucid dream experience.
Looking forward to how far i can indulge in the experience

Thanks trippnu. I've been practicing since 2012. Just do your best and look at it as a long-term investment, the practice you do each night and morning. (And day if you napped!)

Try different styles and find what you like. One of the main things about dream recall seems to be doing it as soon as you wake from the REM cycle. For me I stay perfectly still, and as soon as I realize I've awoken, I think to my dream. If I can get one little detail I can start mentally unraveling the dream. Once I feel like I've got all I will get, I will go to write it.

Keep me posted on your progress! I enjoy hearing about others progress on dream recall and lucid dreaming. And you're welcome to ask me any questions along the way.
