whenever i get into bed I relax, close my eyes and repeat in my mind "The next scene will be a dream, im dreaming" when my limbs start to feel numb i dont know what to do... do i have keep at it until i have an OBE or am i going into sleep paralysis?
You should end up asleep and might or might not become lucid. If you do this exercise on your back about the time you are starting to drift off roll into another position and relax. This might send you to sleep and into a dream. All this needs to be backed up reality checks and very strong intent and belief as well
