Lucid Nightmares

Postby Newdreamer » 05 Nov 2012 06:30

I haven't had a Lucid dream yet, but is it possible to have a Lucid Nightmare on your first "Try"? I don't think that would be a good experience. Also, is there a way to prevent them?

I don't know how to prevent them, but I can attest that they DO HAPPEN.

Like ANY DREAM, lucid or not, they happen.

It's all up to you and what is going on in your life influences your dreams whether you want it to or not.

But you always wake up no matter what and sometimes the bad ones are more enlightening than the good ones after you recall them.

So happy dreaming!

Do you think you will be lucid at your first try? How will you go about it? What is in your dream journal that makes you afraid?

Dream well :)

Yes, lucid nightmares exist and are common place. Most likely you'll not have one and if you do that they'll not be too bad. If you were naturally better at lucid dreaming you would have to worry a lot about them.
