well last week before halloween, i kinda started forgetting that i dreamt or i wouldn'r remember a thing but when i was eating candy/chocolates a lot, i started remembering my dreams and ever so vividly. can sugar help you remember? has it happened to you? anything? thx anyway
Any significant diet change has the ability to change your dreams. It just depends on your body reacts. However, as a nutrition guy, I'd advise avoiding using something so unhealthy to promote dream stimulation.
