Itches while falling asleep!

Postby Sloth » 31 Dec 2012 11:39

Hi everybody!
In occasion to the Christmas break, I'm attempting the WBTB technique every night. I've only had two lucid dreams in my life so i'm not an expert, and I'm having some troubles!!!

For example, when I go back to bed and relax, as soon as my body starts to fall asleep, i get every kind of itch, so I HAVE to move to scratch them (I get this only when my body is falling asleep, i don't have fleas  ) What can I do about this? Thank you!!

That is typical. Personally I do DILD. I have had some WILDs when relaxed and tired...didnt have itching then.

That's just your brain checking if you're ready to sleep yet. Ignore them, and they will go away.

i think you itch because you're body is trying to get you to release endorphin, well that's just my theory. but i find stretching and massaging my skin helps me to not itch.
