Lucid Dreaming Subliminal Video: Part One
Watch the following video with sound and follow all the instructions as best you can. This video uses Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and hypnosis to help program your mind for a lucid dream tonight.
As the instructions suggest, you will do better if you can truly visualize and merge the feeling of being comfortably asleep in bed, with being conscious, active and highly self aware in a lucid dream.
You may watch this video as many times as you need to feel the effect.

These experimental subliminal videos were created exclusively for World of Lucid Dreaming by Pete Casale - a lucid dreamer, graphic designer, and the author of NLP Secrets. Pete combined his extensive knowledge to create these free videos which we hope will produce many spontaneous lucid dreams.
As regular lucid dreamers, both Pete and I tested the videos every day for a week with very promising results. Almost every night I watched the videos I either became lucid or nearly lucid, by having distinct moments of clarity in my dreams. This gave me the opportunity to realize I was dreaming - a true light bulb moment.
For best results, I suggest watching the videos daily for one week, and seeing how many spontaneous lucid dreams you can achieve. Good luck!
