What Do My Dreams Mean?

by Ali via Email

I have dreamed every night for as long as I can remember. I still remember a dream which occurred in 1994. But the majority of my dreams are unexplained. I dream of ghosts, dead bodies, alien attacks, UFOs, and bizarre or odd sequences. Why do these happen to me? If you don't have an answer, do reply me according to your personal point of view. Thank you.

Rebecca says: Our dreams are inspired by real life experiences, as well as interpretations within our own cultures. Anything you perceive in real life can potentially be remodeled into a dream. Don't be afraid of dreaming about aliens or ghosts - these are concepts from waking life - even if they are not real, you have still THOUGHT about them before.... you see?

Aliens and bizarre things may be a preoccupation for you, forming your own personal dream symbols. So a recurring symbol may relate to one specific concept in your life. Keeping a dream journal will help you find out what it is. This article on dream interpretation sums up my understanding of what dreams mean.
